Head of Manufacturing (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

Acting as Head of Manufacturing in accordance with § 12 AMWHV
Supervising, planning, executing, and evaluating biotechnological manufacturing processes
Overseeing, in collaboration with the Technical Department, the qualification of equipment and the calibration of measurement tools
Validating manufacturing processes and cleaning procedures
Conducting employee training sessions
Preparing manufacturing instructions and reports
Working closely with the Regulatory Affairs department to prepare regulatory documents

Qualifikation

Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Pharmacy
Several years of experience in the production within the (bio)pharmaceutical field
Strong initiative, conceptual, and analytical skills
Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written
Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic document management systems, equipment software)
