Administrative Logistics Coordinator (m/w/d)
Location: Pforzheim Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate inventory records and stock monitoring
- Facilitate procurement processes and support order scheduling
- Maintain accurate order documentation and inventory data
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operational workflows
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office tools for daily communication and organizational tasks
Candidate Profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems is advantageous
- Strong resilience, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Methodical and independent working style
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office applications
