Administrative Order Management Coordinator (m/w/d)

Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding inquiries about pricing, offers, delivery schedules, and order statuses via phone and email, occasionally communicating in English.
- Accurately process and enter customer orders into SAP, including scheduling and generating relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor delivery timelines and manage electronic data interchange (EDI) processes, identifying and resolving discrepancies with relevant teams.
- Proactively develop solutions to accommodate changes in customer requirements or delivery conditions.
- Prepare and track quotations in line with company pricing structures.
- Assist in managing payment reminders in cooperation with the accounting department.
- Maintain and update customer and order master data to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate follow-up activities related to sales visits, working closely with the sales team and management.
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent.
- Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP, ideally with knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Organized, service-focused, and capable of working independently.
- Strong skills in MS Office applications.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are advantageous.
