About the Job

We are looking for an analytical, communicative and strong negotiating team member to join our sales team as an Affiliate Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing relationships with our customers and also for developing new business opportunities and managing a large customer portfolio. These tasks motivate you

• You negotiate and manage a seven-digit annual invoiced revenue portfolio
• You analyze large data sets to optimize campaigns and negotiate commercial terms
• You establish new and advance existing partner relationships focusing on business growth
• You manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects
• You constantly analyze the market and define actions based on gathered insights
• You collaborate closely with different stakeholders to optimize performance
• You establish new and advance existing partner relationships focusing on revenue growth

• You have outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills
• You have attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• You like to work in teams and you enjoy to organize and prioritize your own tasks
• You consider the impact of your activities on other stakeholders (holistic thinking)
• You are fluent in business English
• You have 2-4 years experience in Account Management in affiliate industry
