We are looking for an Amazon PPC expert with 3+ years of experience who can independently create, optimize, and scale successful ad campaigns. You will also take over existing campaigns, improve them, and ensure they deliver the best possible performance.
You should be confident in your ability to deliver maximum output based on the goals we set and work closely with our Account Manager to integrate PPC strategies into our broader Amazon operations.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Optimization:
Take over and optimize existing PPC campaigns to improve performance and profitability.
Develop and execute new campaigns independently using proven strategies and creative approaches.
Continuously adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to hit performance goals.
Goal-Oriented Execution:
Ensure campaigns deliver the best possible results based on the goals we define (e.g., ACOS targets, profitability, and growth).
Provide regular updates on performance and suggest new strategies to improve output.
Keyword Research:
Perform detailed keyword research, even in languages you don’t speak, for Germany and PAN-EU markets.
Identify profitable keywords and negative keywords to refine targeting.
Tool Proficiency:
Use Helium 10 confidently and ideally be familiar with DataDive or similar tools.
Stay open to testing and implementing new tools to optimize performance further.
Market Analysis & Launch Strategies:
Plan and execute product launches, including competitor analysis and market positioning.
Regularly review the market and add new competitors or trends to campaigns.
Collaboration with Account Manager:
Work closely with our Account Manager, who handles Flat File adjustments, product details, and reviews.
Ensure PPC strategies align with product updates, listings, and account adjustments.
Stay Up-to-Date with PPC Trends:
Continuously follow the latest PPC trends, tools, and strategies through industry sources.
Test and immediately implement new techniques in coordination with the team.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with proven results.
Demonstrated ability to optimize existing campaigns and build new strategies from scratch.
PPC Expertise:
Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Ability to deliver goal-focused performance and regularly exceed targets.
Keyword Research Skills:
Ability to conduct keyword research in multiple languages without speaking them, using tools and analytics.
Tool Knowledge:
Proficiency with Helium 10 and ideally tools like DataDive or other advanced PPC tools.
Communication Skills:
Clear communication in English or German to collaborate effectively with the team.
Ability to work closely with the Account Manager to align strategies.
Proactive & Organized:
Confident in making data-driven decisions and independently taking action to improve performance.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
