At ST. ROBO, as an Architect / Production Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing stages and shows for a wide variety of artists and brands. Your responsibilities include crafting ideas, developing innovative concepts, and guiding projects from the initial idea to final execution.

Tasks

• Create stage and production designs for live entertainment and tour productions.
• Develop and visualize original concepts using mood boards, material palettes, sketches, and effective three-dimensional models.
• Conceive scenic ideas and integrate lighting, video, lasers, and atmospheric effects for all parts of the show.
• Develop project designs from the conceptual stage to 2D and 3D presentations.
• Create creative concepts tailored to meet the needs of artists or brands.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to execute 3D models and renders.
• Produce high-standard concept work through extensive research in the live entertainment industry.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with an architectural degree and 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in live entertainment, production design, or show and stage design. The ideal candidate will be passionate, motivated, and highly creative, with a strong understanding of design across multiple disciplines.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent skills in 3D and rendering software
• Proficiency in Cinema4D, Redshift, and Adobe Tools is preferred
• You speak and write German and English fluently.
• Ability to interpret sketches and transform them into high-quality visuals
• Experience in stage, show, and spatial design
• Strong sense of aesthetics and excellent knowledge of innovations, materials, and products
• Strong ability to create presentations and communicate concepts through various media
• Experience in digital animation is a plus
• Keen interest and knowledge in design, music, lifestyle, and contemporary culture
