We are seeking a motivated assistant physician for surgical specialization training at a well-regarded clinic. This position offers a permanent employment contract directly with the employer. Our personnel consultancy supports you free of charge throughout the entire process until contract signing.

• Active participation in an interdisciplinary surgical team caring for both inpatient and outpatient patients
• Engagement in on-call and standby duties
• Support in the ongoing development and optimization of clinical processes and standards

• Completed medical degree with German medical license or equivalent professional authorization
• Independent and dedicated work style, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a strong patient-centered approach
