Here is an opportunity is to be part of HCL TechnologiesTitle of role AssociateLocation - Hamburg / ToulouseEmployment Type - Permanent Experience level needed FresherPosition will report into ConsultantRole definition We aim to develop you in the role so that, you become the first line of contact for all incoming issues/incidents/requests related to End user Support services with the ability to handle level 1 and level2 technical incidents & issues independently to meet the agreed SLAs with the customer. Undertake installation, configuration and testing of new End user devices (Mobiles, Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, IoT devices) at the customer site under guidance Ability to work as part of a global team spread across Spain, France, Germany, UK and India Help customers with installing applications, install and configure end user devices (Mobiles, Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, IoT devices) Timely logging and updation of the resolution progress on user tickets regarding hardware, software, applications, Networking and IoT Devices Identify & prioritise tickets which are urgent and requires immediate fix Work with wider technical specialists to diagnose problems related to end user devices, and end user applications Direct unresolved issues to the next level within the team Contribute to creating technical documentations and operating procedures To develop knowledge of securing end user devices and anti-virus programs Ability to mount IoT devices or End user devices (Tablets, laptops, desktop peripherals on trolleys) Expected qualification and critical experiences - Good communication and conversation skills in local language plus English (Verbal and Written) Demonstrate an excellent customer service focus when dealing with clients Good understanding and exposure of EUC devices (such as Tablets, Smart phones, Desktops, & Laptops) Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills You should drive HCL s value and its methodology.
