Position: Automation Engineering Technician (m/w/d)
Location: Germersheim
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities
- Performing electrical installations and wiring for industrial process automation systems, including laying cable ducts and connecting control components.
- Conducting maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of both fixed and portable electronic equipment used in process automation.
- Programming, commissioning, and optimizing PLC control systems, with a focus on Siemens S7.
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician specializing in automation or operational technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience with PLC programming and a solid understanding of automation systems.
- Familiarity with plant construction and technical problem-solving skills.
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
- Strong commitment and ability to work effectively within a team.
