Tasks

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines for the integration and processing of large datasets in Azure.

  • Develop, test, and maintain Azure Data Factory workflows, ensuring high availability and performance of ETL processes.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues in Azure Synapse Analytics and other data storage solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through the implementation of robust data governance and security practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Azure Data Engineer, with a strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools, as well as strong SQL skills for data manipulation and query optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
