Job Purpose

The meridol Brand Manager POC is leading the professional part of the brand growth plan for the meridol brand in close cooperation with the Brand Managers Mass. In this role the POC brand manager is accountable for the full people journey across ACPL, leading to integrated online + offline experiences, and aligned top-to bottom funnel outcomes across the CEW region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development of holistic Brand Growth Plans for meridol with behavioral data and people-centric insights across the professional channels in close cooperation with the meridol brand lead, the meridol Brand Manager mass and cross functional and divisional teams
  • Maintains an always-on media and marketing plan, sliced for defined segments and targets and localizes all Professional assets for meridol
  • Ensures strong executional and detailing plans, driving BRMO at the dentist
  • Product management of all professional meridol products (includes artwork creation, SKU management, claims)
  • Development of all educational materials and inputs for professional sales materials
  • Responsible for the meridol Professional P&L and the SOM development
  • Close cooperation with Scientific Affairs, Oral Care Shopper Marketing, Customer Development, Digital Transformation team
  • Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:

  • College or University degree . A proven track record of performance with at least 5 years of work experience in Brand Management preferably in Consumer Goods & Healthcare Goods, OTC / OTX. Experience in medical marketing & working with health care professionals is a clear plus
  • Consumer & Profession focused : Works with agility and finds new ways through the use of digital tools and data to get closer to consumers and shoppers. Puts consumer needs and experience at the heart of all activities and decisions
  • Digital savvy : Experience with digital media to drive clear plans by media/ channel across the people journey together with the specialists in the Digital Transformation team

Close collaboration with local and divisional Brand teams, Scientific Affairs, Shopper Marketing, Digital Transformation and CD teams
