Buchhalter*in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Standort: Köln

Unser Kunde ist eine schnell wachsende, zukunftsorientierte Fahrschule mit 150 Mitarbeiter/innen in Deutschland, die zum Beispiel durch die Implementation vom E-Learning System das traditionelle Lernsystem in Deutschland modernisieren will. Sie sucht eine/n Buchhalter*in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)(Vollzeit oder Teilzeit) und die Hauptaufgaben bestehen in der Bearbeitung laufender Finanzbuchhaltung und Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen zur Bereitstellung von Entscheidungshilfen für die Geschäftsleitung.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Handling of financial and asset accounting
• Accounts receivable and payable management including master data
• Supportive tasks in the area of internal calculation
• Collaboration in monthly and annual financial statements
• Organization and execution of various administrative tasks
• Interaction with different departments, as well as internal and external contacts

IHR PROFIL

• Completed commercial training or close to completion, including focus areas in finance and taxation
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Previous experience in similar finance and accounting tasks and with programs (e.g., Datev) is advantageous but not mandatory. Enjoyment of independent working within a team
• Fluent communication in German and English
• Flexibility
• Desire to develop into an experienced finance professional
