Our mission is to revolutionize dental practices with our cutting-edge virtual assistant, Roger. Our software transforms treatment planning and patient communication, boosts efficiency, increases revenue, and simplifies workflows for dentists and their teams.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs and backed by top investors from Europe and the USA, we are looking for a visionary Business Development Executive to strengthen our newly established Business Development Team. If you are passionate about creating new business lines, exploring untapped opportunities in the dental industry, and making a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment, this is your moment. Tasks

  • Discover Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities within the dental sector, from innovative service offerings to strategic partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to develop new business and expand our market presence.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the dental industry, including practitioners, industry leaders, and potential partners.
  • Innovate: Collaborate with our product and tech teams to innovate and refine our offerings based on market insights and feedback.Represent Roger: Act as a brand ambassador for Roger at industry events, conferences, and in discussions with potential business partners.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for startups and a keen interest in the healthtech and dental industries.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Location: Berlin preferred but remote work possible.
  • Innovative Thinking: Creative thinker with the ability to develop and implement new business concepts.
