This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in sales and relationship building within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. We’re seeking someone with a passion for health, a knack for sales, and an enthusiasm for collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.
Tasks
What you’ll contribute
Support our sales team in daily operations, campaign creation, and strategic outreach to drive growth
Keep stakeholders accountable with regular follow-ups and reach out to new prospects
Create targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven experimentation
Represent HealthCaters digitally and physically at events, trade shows, etc.
Continually identify and propose new opportunities for expansion and innovation
Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and integrate sales data correctly into our internal knowledge management
Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather insights
Requirements
Your skills & profile:
You have a hands-on sales/bisdev experience in a fast-growing startup or a small company
You are extremely good with people and a natural seller
You are passionate and like learning new skills
You are comfortable working in dynamically changing conditions with a high degree of autonomy
You have a sincere affection for working with people, and you don’t get exhausted being the person of contact for many
You are a risk-taker, and entrepreneur at heart - you are willing to experiment, work fast, and deliver results in the realms of high uncertainty
You speak fluent German & English
