YOUR ROLEYou will be a key member and driver of the business implementation network within CEVA. You will manage global Air and Ocean customer onboarding and strategic projects. Support the implementation of new customers of other CEVA products such as CLL, Road and Rail by utilizing a phased approach (CPM Methodology) to implement, based on below core objectives: Key member and driver of the business implementation network within CEVA Air and Ocean products. Works as a (global) project lead or as a Work Stream (WSL) for Air and Ocean projects to drive the success of implementation.Support Business Development/Operations account owner with potential opportunities, identify requirements framework, and identify type of project and coordinate with the regional manager for Air or Ocean and Global BPE in the case of complex projects that require global management & coordination to provide the best fitting solutions.AS IS / TO BE process mapping, gap analysis highlighting necessary operational process changes and/or IT development for coordination with operational and Customer Solutions workstreams.Project setup and roll-out: Set up project as per CEVA project management methodology, including but not limited to tools, templates, SharePoint, data validation; Mobilize global, cluster and local CEVA resources together with the resources selected from the client to ensure appropriate, cost efficient and timely implementation.For standard offering projects (FM Shipment and FM Order Management - standard), standard FM EDI projects - coordinate with Customer Solutions Team ensuring resources is assigned and coordinated to complete setup, UAT and roll-out in line with project plan allowing system deployment at time of start of business.Collaborate and prepare operations. In close collaboration with internal and client stakeholders develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to execute the business ensuring mitigation of risk and management of change.Go-live and steady state monitoring: management, monitoring and improvement of the implementation.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?You will apply a structured business roadmap/process approach and methodology to deliver internal and external projects timely, on budget, as per the defined scope and to the customer's maximum satisfaction.Knows and use the existing escalation paths (when necessary) to ensure any disruptions or roadblocks in the projects are addressed and solved as soon as possible.Minimise risks and support the mitigation of potential issues for the day to day operations for both the client and CEVA during the implementation and project delivery.Support the roll-out of the customer on-boarding processes in the region, including the set-up and use of the SOP's and the SOP repository tool.Contribute in assessing the fit of standard projects and identifying gaps early for subsequent evaluation in the pursuit/solution development process.Actively contribute to new products and technology innovations for the benefit of the CEVA product offering.Support the roll-out of the customer on-boarding processes in the region, including the set-up and use of the SOP's and the SOP repository tool.Develop a solid and constructive working relationship with the global leadership at CEVA across functions/regions and act as an ambassador of CEVA's Air and Ocean product solutions offerings.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor/Master's degree in business management, IT or Supply Chain Management5 years+ Global Transportation and Freight ForwardingProven track record in operational project managementStrong affinity with IT systems and the related impact/benefits to solution designGood unterstanding of complex supply chain solutions and the deployment of value creating/generating solutionsAbove average communication skills at various levels (written and verbal)Fluent in German and English orally and writingVery Good at MS Office Suites - Excel, Word, Project, Visio and PowerPointStrong leadership and coordination skillWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
