Cabin Vendor Manager for Airbus (m/w/d)

We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Cabin Vendor Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the creation and delivery of technical specifications for aircraft cabin interiors
• Coordinate all activities to ensure an agreed definition with all involved parties
• Organize, prepare or support international technical coordination meetings
• You are in charge of closely monitor, steer and accept the external deliverables of the cabin suppliers
• To ensure the aircraft certification you essentially contribute with your on-time deliverables to the required European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification process
• Support the physical integration into the aircraft (on site and off site)
• Cost estimation and cost controlling are also one of your tasks
• Responsible for managing our engineering subcontractors as well

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of aerospace, aircraft construction, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Over three years of professional experience in engineering, design and cabin development/-integration and -definition
• Basic knowledge of project management
• Good knowledge of Catia V5, PDMLink, Taksy/Gesy/Tesy, vpm and VPM A350
• Aviation experience is mandatory
• Proficient knowledge of German
• Fluent in English
• French and Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to make occasional business trips (to suppliers, worldwide)
