Position: CAM CNC Milling Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Maulbronn

Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift

Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and program CNC milling operations using advanced CAM software systems.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines from manufacturers such as Stama, Chiron, and Alzmetall.
  • Optimize machining programs to improve efficiency and precision.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections as well as precise measurements of finished components.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a CNC machinist specializing in milling technology or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments.
  • Experience with CAM programming software is a distinct advantage.
  • Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style.
  • German language skills at least at B2 level.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driving license and access to a personal vehicle is beneficial.
