Tasks
Develop and execute a holistic growth strategy, integrating marketing, sales, and business development initiatives.
Lead and mentor diverse teams across marketing, sales, and business development to deliver outstanding performance.
Craft compelling brand messaging and oversee its delivery across multiple channels.
Build strong, strategic partnerships with industry leaders, agencies, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new revenue streams, markets, and business opportunities.
Ensure alignment of all growth strategies with the company’s vision and objectives.
Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns and growth initiatives.
Represent KOBIL at high-profile events, conferences, and partner meetings.
Requirements
A degree from a top-tier university in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role at a top company, consultancy, or agency (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
Exceptional skills in marketing, sales, and business development with a strong track record of achieving growth targets.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, sales pipelines, and growth hacking techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
High level of accountability, self-motivation, and drive to succeed.
