Chief of Staff to the CFO (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external inquiries related to the CFO's domain
• Manage international projects in corporate finance, controlling, business development, and human resources
• Analyze financial development, KPIs, and competitive landscape
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings to internal and external stakeholders
• Regularly prepare documents for board meetings, presentations, and all-hands meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Completed studies, preferably master’s degree
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in finance, ideally in a scale-up, consulting firm, financial services (investment banking, VC, PE)
• Proven versatility in being able to tackle a vast range of finance topics
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive, structured approach to work, true ownership for your topics, and excellent selfmanagement skills
• Exceptional social skills to adeptly manage diverging stakeholder interests
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, English, and German
