Chief Physician (m/w/d) — Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine in the Greater Leipzig Area WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

For a highly reputed hospital in the Greater Leipzig area, we are seeking an experienced Chief Physician (m/w/d) to join the department of Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine. This is a permanent position establishing a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung supports you throughout the entire process until contract signing. Your Profile:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• You possess board certification in gynecology and obstetrics, with extensive clinical experience, and have successfully completed specialized training in Obstetrics and Perinatal Medicine.
• You have several years of leadership experience, ideally as a Senior Consultant or Chief Physician, demonstrating strong organizational and management skills.
• You actively promote cooperative leadership between obstetrics and gynecology within the Department of Women's Health and collaborate closely with neonatology and pediatric surgery.
• A doctoral degree (PhD/MD) is mandatory; a habilitation is advantageous.
• Strategic, innovative thinking and economic awareness complete your professional profile.

Your Responsibilities:

• You assume full medical and administrative leadership of the Obstetrics department, serving as an integral part of the Department of Women's Health.
• You ensure the provision of cutting-edge obstetric care at the highest medical standards through innovative approaches.
• You foster interdisciplinary collaboration with pediatrics, pediatric surgery, and gynecology to continuously develop clinical and outpatient care structures.
• You lead and mentor your team with a focus on patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.
• You contribute significantly to the regional and supraregional reputation of the Perinatal Center through your expertise and leadership.
• You hold responsibility for the department's budget, staffing, quality management, and strategic projects, optimizing workflows and interdepartmental interfaces.
