Clinical Lead Dermatologist (m/w/d) in the Greater Schwäbisch Hall Area About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead Dermatologist to join a well-established Medical Care Center (MVZ) renowned for its excellence in patient care in the Schwäbisch Hall region. This permanent position offers a direct employment contract with our client. Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Completed specialist training in dermatology with extensive clinical expertise
• Practical experience in laser medicine, occupational dermatology, and surgical dermatology is advantageous
• Excellent command of the German language and strong communication skills to ensure empathetic patient interactions
• Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style with a clear focus on achieving objectives
• High motivation, adaptability, and strong teamwork aptitude
• Proven ability to take initiative, organize effectively, and a keen interest in continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions in conservative and surgical dermatology, allergology, skin cancer screening, and cosmetic dermatology
• Assume clinical leadership responsibilities, including oversight of medical staff and support in administrative and organizational tasks
• Provide comprehensive, expert consultation and care to patients with diverse dermatological conditions
• Mentor and develop medical assistants and junior staff, fostering a collaborative and educational work environment
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and service quality
