CNC Lathe Operator Specialist (m/w/d) for Advanced Manufacturing

Location and Working Hours

• Location: Walzbachtal
• Employment type: Full-time, 2-shift system
• Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Independently setting up and operating CNC-controlled lathes to produce high-precision components
• Programming, adjusting, and optimizing CNC machine controls to meet production requirements
• Monitoring production processes and conducting thorough quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain machine efficiency and minimize downtime
• Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve manufacturing processes and operational workflows
• Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout all tasks

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a precision machinist, manufacturing technician, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience operating and programming CNC lathes
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and apply quality standards
• Detail-oriented, independent, and responsible work approach
• Flexibility to work in a two-shift system and good communication skills
