Position: CNC-Operations Specialist Location: Pforzheim Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently operating and managing CNC machinery to manufacture precision components
• Setting up and preparing production equipment according to technical specifications
• Programming CNC machines to optimize manufacturing workflows
• Conducting thorough inspections of produced parts to verify dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and completeness
• Maintaining detailed records of measurement data and ensuring compliance with quality standards

Candidate Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a machining specialist or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience with CNC machine operation preferred
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to flexible schedules
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain customer-oriented communication
• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken
