CNC Precision Mechanic (m/f/d)
Location: Bretten (Baden) Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently operating and programming CNC machines with a focus on precision component manufacturing
- Setting up and adjusting manufacturing equipment to meet exacting specifications
- Conducting in-depth inspections of workpieces for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and completeness
- Implementing quality assurance processes and documenting measurement results meticulously
- Collaborating with production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, CNC machinist, or a related technical discipline
- Practical experience with CNC programming and operation, especially in precision machining
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high standard of quality awareness
- Ability to work well in teams and maintain customer-focused communication
- Proficient in German, both written and spoken
