Your tasks

Active participation in the development and establishment of structures within a newly created compliance team

Planning, coordination and follow-up of compliance issues

Work on projects to harmonize, optimize and standardize SOPs in the area of clinical supply

Creation, revision, structural reorganization and functional adaptation of SOPs

Alignment of the SOP landscape in Clinical Supply with other areas within Development and with global requirements

Creation of individual and overall curricula/learning packages for Clinical Supply employees

Actively address inconsistencies in quality-related incidents/procedures/processes

Preparing, participating in and following up on internal and interdepartmental meetings related to compliance issues

Your profile

Completed studies (Master) in the field of biotechnology, chemistry or pharmacy with professional experience or relevant education with many years of professional experience in biopharmaceutical development, production and/or technical fields

In-depth technical understanding of production areas and processes

Very good language skills in German and English

Strong communication skills, team spirit, planning and organizational skills

An independent and responsible approach to work, characterized by a high level of initiative, proactive thinking and action
