Your Responsibilities

As a Construction Supervisor specializing in electrical substations, you will be in charge of overseeing the planning, execution, and quality assurance of installation, maintenance, and commissioning work in medium, high, and extra-high voltage environments. You will lead teams on-site across various locations in Germany, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and technical standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Supervise and coordinate construction sites involving medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear installations
• Independently manage installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities nationwide
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members, ensuring the quality and accuracy of work performed
• Ensure adherence to occupational safety requirements, technical norms, and quality standards according to DGUV V1

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for operational technology or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
• Proven experience working with medium and high voltage switchgear systems
• Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site, valid Class B driving license
