Consultant Physician (m/w/d) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy in Neuburg an der Donau ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Physician (m/w/d) to join a well-established clinic renowned for its excellence in child and adolescent mental health care. This position offers a permanent contract, establishing a direct employment relationship with the clinic. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care using evidence-based methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy, depth psychology, systemic therapy, trauma-focused approaches, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A) group sessions
• Conducting detailed diagnostic assessments utilizing behavioral, depth psychological, and systemic methods
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers, and educators to provide holistic patient care
• Participating in case conferences and contributing to quality management initiatives
• Engaging in continuous professional development and training activities

YOUR PROFILE

• Board-certified Consultant Physician (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics, adult psychiatry, or pediatric medicine
• Genuine interest and commitment to working intensively with children, adolescents, and their families
• Strong teamwork skills and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Motivation to deepen psychotherapeutic expertise
• Compassionate, respectful, and professional approach towards patients and colleagues
• Valid medical license (Approbation) and authorization to practice in Germany
