Your Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment to patients in both ambulatory and inpatient settings, including individual and group therapy formats such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
• Lead and supervise junior medical staff and psychologists in training, fostering their professional development.
• Participate actively in the on-call service and contribute to quality management and clinical research projects.
• Engage in administrative duties and support the clinic’s strategic goals through leadership in clinical care.

Your Profile:

• Board-certified Consultant Physician (m/w/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Psychosomatic Medicine with full specialist training authorization.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring colleagues.
