We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to join a well-established social psychiatric center in the Hannover metropolitan area. This permanent position offers a direct employment contract with our client. Doc PersonalBeratung will facilitate your application process free of charge and support you through to contract signing.

Your Profile

• Possession of the German medical license (Approbation) as a Specialist Psychiatrist (Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie)
• Strong commitment to developing and expanding innovative, patient-centered care models
• Creativity and dedication in managing complex psychiatric cases
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Responsible, team-oriented work ethic with a structured and independent approach

Your Responsibilities

• Active participation in shaping the organizational structure and workflows at the facility
• Designing and implementing new regional care concepts and collaborative networks
• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including psychopharmacological management and crisis intervention
• Collaborating with other medical specialties and social services to ensure holistic patient care
• Leading team development efforts, including mentoring and supervising junior physicians and trainees
• Maintaining thorough documentation and contributing to quality assurance processes
