Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) for Developing a New Psychiatric Service Location in the Greater Kiel Area WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to join a highly regarded social psychiatric center planning to expand with a new facility in the Greater Kiel region. This position involves a permanent employment contract directly with our client. Your Profile:

• You hold a valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Board certification as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
• Extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders
• Commitment and creativity in patient care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Motivation to develop and implement modern care structures
• Flexibility and willingness to pursue ongoing professional and personal development

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with psychiatric conditions
• Conduct individual therapies and, if desired, group therapies
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
