We are seeking a qualified Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to lead the establishment and development of a new community psychiatry facility in the Greater Oldenburg region. This position involves direct employment with our client, supported throughout the hiring process by Doc PersonalBeratung free of charge.

Your Profile:

• Valid German medical license (Approbation)
• Board certification as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
• Extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders
• Strong commitment and creativity in patient-centered care
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Motivation to design and expand innovative psychiatric care models
• Flexibility and dedication to continuous professional and personal growth

Your Responsibilities:

• Medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive management of patients with psychiatric conditions
• Conducting individual therapy sessions and facilitating group therapies as appropriate
• Leading clinical and operational activities for the new site, including staff recruitment and integration
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives
• Engaging with regional healthcare partners to foster integrated care pathways
