Our BIA Program Designers partner with an amazing network of partners and coaches to deliver a variety of programs - from 1-day training workshop to 2-year startup program.

Tasks
We’re looking for a dynamic Content & Social Media Manager to join our team and lead content efforts across platforms. This person will play a critical role in shaping our brand voice, developing engaging social media campaigns, and delivering creative content that connects with our audience. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with a knack for translating ideas into compelling social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and more.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement content strategies for social media channels and blogs, focusing on engagement and brand storytelling.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement and promote programs. Ensure campaigns are aligned with our marketing goals.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and publish content across platforms, including blog posts, LinkedIn articles, Instagram posts, and email newsletters.
- Community Management: Engage with our online communities by responding to comments and fostering dialogue.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics and web traffic to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and growth in engagement.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- You are familiar with key social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- You can craft compelling copy tailored to different channels and audiences, with a keen eye for detail.
- You have strong project management skills, able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- You’re a proactive and independent worker, comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward.
- You’re familiar with the Startup, Innovation, and Future of Work sectors.
- You speak and write in native-level English.

- Compensation: Salary range based on Seniority between € 45-55k plus benefits
This is a 7-month contract, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Our interview process begins with a 30-minute video call, followed by a case study assignment and a 1.5-hour in-person interview, which includes a presentation. The final stage is a 1-hour interview to meet more of our team.
