Controller (m/f/d) – Shape the Financial Flight Path of AutoGyro

As our new Controller (m/f/d) at AutoGyro, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our financial strategy, ensuring precision in our operations, and optimizing our business processes. Reporting directly to top management, you will navigate the complex financial landscape of our internationally renowned gyrocopter production with agility and expertise. Tasks

• Financial Controlling & Reporting: Pre- and post-calculation of
  gyrocopter production costs, including analysis and interpretation of
  order results.
• Inventory Management & Valuation: Valuation and devaluation of
  inventories according to HGB (annually), optimizing stock levels and
  structures in collaboration with specialist departments.
• Strategic Cost Control: Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory
  utilization and cost structures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Business Partnering: Proactively advise specialist departments on cost-relevant issues and support decision-making processes.
• Production Controlling: Support production controlling on various business management matters, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Prepare sales and earnings forecasts, conduct ad hoc analyses, and develop KPIs.
• Process Optimization & IT Collaboration: Continuously improve
  financial processes and applications in cooperation with IT and related
  departments.
• Auditing & Compliance: Support auditors and tax auditors and ensure smooth reconciliation of value flows.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Business fluent in German and English – you
  will communicate with our international management team daily.
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a German-based company with a manufacturing background.
• Mindset: Agile thinker who can think outside the box, with a goal-oriented, hands-on approach.
• Personality: A mentally mature, independent, and flexible professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Technical Skills: Experience in ABAS ERP is desirable.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong skills in analyzing complex financial data and deriving actionable insights.
