We are a medium-sized company in the medical technology sector based in Bochum, offering innovative life-saving solutions from the world market leader PHILIPS to our customers in Germany and worldwide.
Tasks
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in English and French.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Managing and prioritizing customer service tickets to ensure prompt resolution.
Providing information about products and services to customers.
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Participating in training sessions and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
Fluent in English and French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
