Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us provide an outstanding experience for our international customers!

Tasks

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Vegavero, helping our customers find the right products, answering their questions, and ensuring they have the best possible experience with us. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting customers via email and phone.
• Providing expert advice on our supplements and guiding customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Managing orders, returns, and inquiries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with internal teams to relay feedback and improve our customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, Italian, and English (French and/or Spanish is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy helping people and making them feel valued.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
• A genuine interest in nutrition and wellness—a background in nutrition or health sciences is a plus, but enthusiasm for the field is just as important!
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
