Data Analyst (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable data analyst (m/f/d) for our client in the Hamburg area on a full-time basis.

Your tasks: Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (ERP, CRM, external databases)
Perform exploratory data analysis and create dashboards and reports
Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals
Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions
Apply statistical methods and tools for forecasting and modeling
Ensure data quality and maintain documentation of analysis processes
Your profile: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
25 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Strong knowledge of statistics and data modeling
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly
Team-oriented and proactive approach
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics
Experience in automating data processes
