Deputy Head Physician (m/w/d) or Advanced Trainee Physician (m/w/d) in Emergency Department Management in Oldenburg in Holstein WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

For a highly regarded hospital, we are seeking to fill the position of a Deputy Head Physician (m/w/d) or an Advanced Trainee Physician (m/w/d) in Emergency Medicine immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Your responsibilities:

• Coordination and communication with emergency services and acting as liaison to referring physicians
• Supporting the training and education of assistant physicians working in the emergency department
• Contributing to the interdisciplinary advancement of organizational processes within the emergency department
• Participation in on-call duties, including a maximum of two weekends per month, with presence during core working hours on weekdays
• Regular participation in advanced training courses (ACLS, ATLS, etc.)
• Engagement in regular resuscitation and simulation training sessions

Your profile:

• Specialist physician (m/w/d) or advanced trainee (m/w/d) in surgical disciplines holding a German medical license
• Broad clinical experience with proficiency in emergency medicine
• Possession of or willingness to obtain the additional qualification "clinical acute and emergency medicine"
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
• Enthusiasm for teaching junior colleagues and actively participating in their education, including sonography and diagnostic procedures
