Your Profile

• Valid medical license recognized in Germany
• Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine with additional qualification in Gastroenterology
• Extensive expertise in emergency endoscopic care, diagnostic and interventional endoscopy, particularly gastroscopy and colonoscopy
• Experience in ERCP and endosonography is highly desirable
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills combined with empathy in patient care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical education
• Dedication to delivering patient-centered, high-quality healthcare

Your Responsibilities

• Deputizing for the senior consultant and assisting in the management and coordination of the Department of Internal Medicine II, including oversight of medical teams and resource allocation
• Ensuring the delivery of superior patient care and adherence to current medical standards and guidelines
• Developing and implementing innovative treatment plans and therapeutic strategies
• Performing advanced interventional endoscopic procedures and sonographically guided interventions
• Supervising and mentoring assistant physicians and medical staff to foster clinical excellence
• Actively participating in the continuing education and training programs for healthcare professionals
• Maintaining effective and transparent communication with patients and their families, promoting a supportive care environment
