We are looking for talented mechanical and electrical engineers for data centre projects with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our team. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to our international datacentre clients.
We are a group of designers and engineers who overcome complex challenges in the built environment with creativity, technical expertise, passion and a commitment to designing with a social purpose.

The roles are based in our offices in Berlin and Frankfurt, Germany.Design Engineers (f/m/d)Your responsibilities
As an integral member of our multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will be responsible for packages within disciplines and/or overall disciplines and will be expected to take them from initial brief through scheme & detail design to installation and commissioning support.
This role will harness your core data centre skills and experience to provide technical guidance on discipline specific data centre projects, as well as mentoring and developing junior colleagues. The role will also provide an opportunity to use and develop your management skills and experience in the delivery of design packages of smaller and medium-sized projects. We expect that you have previous experience in:Leading a discipline team developing packages through all levels of design and constructionRepresenting your discipline team in discussions with the clients regarding topics such as:design solutionsPUE and efficienciesTIER levels of resilience and business continuitytesting and commissioningYour responsibilities will include:Planning and managing the delivery of work packagesEnsuring that all designs and documents are prepared to the highest standardsInputting into project reportsContributing to conceptual design studies and reports for your discipline and packageMentoring and the development of junior engineers in the groupYour technical and personal competencies
