Within our internal start-ups "Corporate Technology & Innovation", you will develop new digital products - from the idea to prototypes to the productive solution. As part of our agile team, you will also ensure the reliable operation of our cloud-based applications, primarily in the context of novel IoT solutions.

Your future tasks:

  • Implement cloud applications based on cloud native technologies in serverless and microservice architectures
  • Automating build and release processes as well as the provisioning of cloud-based resources
  • Operate cloud applications including implementation and monitoring of usage monitoring
  • Provide dashboards with relevant KPIs
  • Analysing and resolving operational problems
  • Studies with a focus on IT / business informatics or training as an IT specialist as well as (initial) experience in the design of IT solutions and the development, testing and operation of software solutions
  • (Initial) experience with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS/Azure, Infrastructure-as-Code software and with cloud-based IoT solutions, e.g. device management/message brokering, especially MQTT
  • Good know-how of network & security, SQL & NoSQL databases as well as practical knowledge of common technologies, e.g. microservices, containers, APIs, and concepts such as CI/CD, TDD
  • Knowledge of relevant programming languages, e.g. Python, PowerShell, and tools such as Git, MS DevOps, Kubernetes/Docker
  • Very good knowledge of English and willingness to learn German
