Our client's team specializes in delivering e-commerce solutions using platforms such as Magento and Shopify. We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to join us and drive the success of our clients' online businesses. You will be responsible for overseeing e-commerce projects for our clients. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Magento and Shopify platforms;

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills;

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions;

- Experience with e-commerce analytics tools;

- Experience in conducting workshops;

- Advanced German level;

Nice to have:

- Intermediate and higher English level.

Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, e-commerce requirements, and target audience. Provide expert advice and recommendations on e-commerce strategies, platforms, and solutions;

- Platform Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Magento and Shopify platforms to design and implement e-commerce solutions tailored to clients' needs;

- Cross-functional Collaboration;

- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic sources, and sales data. Use insights to identify opportunities for optimization, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth;

- Client Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on e-commerce platform usage, best practices, and ongoing maintenance. Serve as a trusted advisor to help clients maximize the value of their e-commerce investments.

Would be a plus

- E-commerce certification (e.g., Magento Certified Professional, Shopify Certified) is a plus.
