As our next Ecommerce Marketplace Manager – Amazon, you will take the lead in driving our brand’s growth and success on one of the world’s largest online platforms. You will oversee the end-to-end management of our Amazon Marketplace presence, from optimizing product listings and managing inventory to designing high-impact advertising campaigns. By analyzing performance data and staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll develop innovative strategies to enhance visibility, increase sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Tasks
What you will do?
Marketplace Management: Oversee all aspects of the Amazon Marketplace account, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to drive sales growth, optimize listings, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon.
Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, sales growth, and customer reviews, and implement continuous improvements.
Advertising Campaigns: Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to maximize ROI and drive traffic.
Content Optimization: Ensure product pages are fully optimized with compelling copy, SEO-friendly keywords, and high-quality images to improve discoverability and engagement.
Inventory and Fulfillment: Coordinate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment, reducing stockouts and overstock scenarios.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and pricing to stay competitive and identify growth opportunities.
Customer Experience: Respond to customer reviews, questions, and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Data Analysis: Utilize Amazon Seller Central and third-party tools to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align Amazon strategies with broader business goals.
Requirements
What we want from you?
Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing Amazon Marketplace, ideally in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and advertising tools (e.g., Sponsored Products, AMS).
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and optimizing performance based on insights.
Excellent understanding of SEO, content optimization, and Amazon’s algorithm.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain.
A passion for e-commerce and staying ahead of industry trends.
Excellent proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
