The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an EMEA Portfolio Manager (m/f/*) for Health Information Systems, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

You will assist development of 3M solutions and services to the government regarding healthcare quality improvement and management of the cost of healthcare by introducing the value base purchasing programs, DRGs, EAPGs and other 3M proprietary solutions.

You will have direct contact with senior clients and a high degree of independence as a consultant.

You might conduct analyses, interview clients and their customers, plan and facilitate workshops, translate conclusions into recommendations, or help design and implement large-scale organizational change programs.

Your work will include developing presentations summarizing essence of complex projects into easy to understand messages. You will be supporting projects related to patient classification systems, payment scheme and others.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and excellent academic record required; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) typically preferred

Relevant working experience in consulting sector for Health Care

Clear passion for making impact in the public and health sector

Drive to go the “extra mile” required to solve the most complex issues

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)

Ability to understand the current payment scheme in the region and work on enhancement and adjustment for the current parameters based on large data

Strategic Planning thinking

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

Master’s degree in Health Economics, or Public Health or policy related field

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic and international travel
