A highly reputable hospital in the Greater Würzburg region is seeking to immediately hire a dedicated Emergency Medicine Consultant (m/w/d). This permanent position establishes a direct employment relationship between you and the hospital. What to Expect:

• Leading the initial assessment and stabilization of emergency patients, ensuring rapid and accurate triage.
• Initiating and coordinating advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including point-of-care ultrasound and airway management.
• Providing continuous care from first contact through admission to inpatient units.
• Collaborating closely within a multidisciplinary team including nursing staff, specialists, and paramedics.
• Contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of clinical protocols, workflows, and quality standards.
• Participating in on-call and background duty rotations to ensure 24/7 emergency coverage.
• Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and trainees, fostering professional development within the emergency department.

Your Profile:

• Possession of a valid German medical license (Approbation).
• Specialist qualification (Facharzt) in Internal Medicine or a comparable patient-oriented specialty, with completed or ongoing additional qualification in Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine.
• Extensive experience and solid expertise in emergency medicine and intensive care.
• Compliance with legal requirements, including proof of measles immunization.
• Strong decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to high-quality patient care.
