Your Responsibilities at OPmobility:

• Evaluation of colour shades in new projects and ongoing production according to customer specifications

• Ensuring colour conformity and quality throughout the entire production process

• Performing product audits during series production and ramp-up phases

• Analyzing deviations and initiating appropriate corrective actions (e.g. using 8D or QRCI methods)

• Verifying the effectiveness of corrective measures in pre-series and series production

• Supporting improvement projects within the scope of quality management

• Close collaboration with laboratory and production teams to meet customer requirements

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training or solid experience in the automotive supply industry

• Optional: Training in internal auditing (product/process)

• Excellent colour vision (e.g. confirmed by Munsell test)

• Knowledge of plastics processing and painting/coating techniques

• Understanding of quality management systems, customer requirements, and problem-solving methods

• Confident use of MS Office

• Structured way of working, strong commitment, and sense of responsibility

• Team player with high self-motivation
