WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Engagement Lead, your goal is to understand relevant business challenges and needs in the Oetker-Group.
You excel at building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. As the primary point of contact for project-related communication, you ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
You work with internal data teams, interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights. Your data-driven recommendations empower Oetker Group companies to make informed decisions across various areas.
You lead cross-functional project teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects. You develop detailed project plans, set clear objectives, and manage resources effectively.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and identify new opportunities to advance the Oetker Group’s digital transformation.
You prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Your communication skills convey findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
You work closely with internal teams, including data scientists, marketing specialists, and operations experts to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Exceptional consulting, project and stakeholder Management skills (track record of leading impactful consulting projects for 5+ years)
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Experience in understanding and identifying business challenges and needs.
Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
Analytical and quantitative problem solving skills.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Fluency in German & English
