Your Responsibilities

As an Environmental Construction Supervisor (m/w/d), you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects with a strong ecological focus from initial planning through to project completion. You will ensure that all construction activities comply with environmental regulations and species protection laws, coordinating all involved parties to maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Manage and supervise construction projects emphasizing environmental sustainability
• Develop, monitor, and adjust construction schedules and plans considering ecological requirements
• Prepare and update cost and work calculations to support project decisions
• Assist in procurement and awarding of planning and construction contracts
• Coordinate communication among planners, contractors, internal teams, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and oversee species and habitat protection measures during construction
• Conduct environmental monitoring and ensure compliance with nature conservation laws

Your Profile

• Degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Landscape Ecology, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of nature conservation laws and environmental planning
• Several years of experience in construction or energy sectors with site supervision responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively, including rotational site assignments
• Valid driving license class B
• Experience with environmental permitting and cooperation with conservation authorities preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills for managing interdisciplinary teams
