Experienced Ophthalmology Consultant (m/w/d) with Focus on Conservative Treatments in the Chemnitz Metropolitan Area WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!

For a well-regarded hospital in the Chemnitz metropolitan area, we are seeking to hire an experienced ophthalmology consultant (m/w/d) immediately. This position offers a direct employment relationship between you and our client. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates contact with the company and supports you throughout the entire process up to contract signing. Our advisory service is always free of charge.

Your responsibilities:

• Taking (functional) consultant responsibility for outpatient and inpatient ophthalmology patients
• Independently performing conservative treatments and optionally surgical procedures
• Leading outpatient clinics autonomously
• Contributing to the structured training of assistant physicians
• Collaborating closely with other specialist departments within the hospital and with regional resident colleagues
• Participating in on-call and backup duties

• Possession of specialist recognition in ophthalmology with comprehensive clinical experience, preferably in conservative care
• A professionally and personally qualified individual with experience in leadership and management
• High sense of responsibility, commitment, and flexibility
• Team spirit as well as social and communication skills
