Expert for Production Equipment Management (m/w/d)

Location: Königsbach-Stein Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive management and optimization of production equipment to maximize operational efficiency
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Analyze production workflows and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate process improvements
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production cycle
• Maintain detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
• Support the onboarding and training of new operators on advanced machinery

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in managing complex production machinery, preferably within metalworking or similar industries
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and communication
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends when required
