Surface Finisher (m/w/d) at Geringhoff

Geringhoff is a reputable, internationally operating medium-sized production and distribution company in the field of agricultural and harvesting technology, located in the picturesque Münsterland region. Founded in 1880, our family-owned business currently employs around 450 dedicated staff in Germany. In addition to our two locations in Ahlen (Westf.), we also have subsidiaries in the USA.

To strengthen our team in Ahlen (Westf.), we are looking for a full-time

Surface Finisher (m/w/d)Your Key Responsibilities

• Execute coating processes on agricultural machinery and equipment using advanced painting techniques.
• Ensure surface quality by conducting regular inspections and tests in accordance with applicable standards.
• Prepare for and follow up on coating processes, including masking components and assembling or disassembling parts.
• Operate, maintain, and care for painting equipment to ensure a smooth production workflow.
• Participate in the optimization of coating processes and the implementation of new methods to enhance efficiency and quality.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a painter, surface finisher, or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you already have experience in surface finishing.
• Willingness to work in shifts and take on additional hours when necessary.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently with precision.
